I am a big believer in giving back and getting involved in projects where I can make a difference. If I see an interesting project, and I think I can provide value to it, I will try to get involved. I support a couple of projects and NGOs in one way or another.
It all started while I was attending Sapientia University of Transylvania in my hometown. I quickly became a fan of OOP, and Java became my favorite programming language. At the same time, I was working for an SEO company, where I first learned how the Internet works. These early experiences shaped my career path in one way or another.
I was fortunate to be hired by Lynx Solutions, where I learned a great deal— and when I say a lot, I mean not just coding but also how to be a project manager and a team leader. Throughout my time there, I was involved in more than 300 projects (I eventually lost count). This experience later proved invaluable at Stanleybet and the GameWorld Group, where I was introduced to the enterprise world, and at AceTech, where I got a taste of what a startup environment feels like.
All of these experiences helped me realize that what I truly enjoy is helping people by bridging the worlds of mobile, online, and digital presence—something I now do through my own company, Dalbe Digital Agency.
